SowGrow Public Relations, LLC, an Atlanta-based public relations firm that helps undiscovered business-to-business (B2B) companies enter and reside in the national media spotlight, earned a gold award in the 2014 MarCom Awards competition. SowGrow PR earned a gold MarCom Award for a report that SowGrow PR created for client AskForensics. The report, titled “Annual SalesForensics Report 2014” provides research-based insight into why companies won or lost sales in 2013. SowGrow PR developed both the content and graphics for the white paper, including an infographic that showcases the findings of the report.
MarCom Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals. There were over 6,500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and 15 other countries in the 2014 competition. Entrants include individuals or companies involved in the concept, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.
MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The international organization consists of several thousand creative professionals. The Association oversees awards and recognition programs, provides judges and sets standards for excellence. Winners were selected from over 200 categories in seven forms of media and communication efforts: marketing, publications, marketing / promotion, public service/pro bono, creativity and electronic / interactive.
